d7x v20.6.2 Release Notes
- Added the ability to map network drives when starting a new d7x session! Visit the d7x Config > Session > Session Paths/Files to configure up to 3 network drives to map. These drive mappings will automatically be removed during End Session.
- Added new registry startup locations to the ‘Registry Inspection > Run/RunOnce Values’ function in the d7xTools > Malware Search Tool. Specifically Run, Run32, and StartupFolder located under SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StartupApproved\ in HKLM and HKCU, with the \wow6432node also scanned.
- Fix: In Run > Run Program, the Run as Basic User (De-Elevate) option was correctly de-elevating the process however it ran with a high integrity level instead of a medium integrity level which is the default; this has been fixed in this release, but will fail if you are for some reason temporarily running Explorer.exe under the local system account.
