Integrated into both D7’s malware page, and dSupportSuite’s Maintenance routine, the apps can now fully automate the updating and scanning of the command line version of Microsoft Security Essentials (if installed) or Windows Defender (if MSSE is not installed.) With dSupportSuite, the integration does have more options of course, like the ability to email a fully customizable alert to you and/or your client when infections are discovered yet not repaired automatically, or when the application […]

D7 Free has a new version! v8.5.35! What’s new: Everything since the last free version, v7.4.33 was it??
Just in case you didn’t get a peek at it yet: The report is actually a lot longer then the pics here, but I’ve cut off a bit to keep it brief. Here you’ll see how I’ve cleaned up the Nirsoft reports, stripping a lot of extra garbage.
If you have D7 configured with an applogo.bmp in your D7Config directory, you’ll notice that logo is now appearing on the new HTML Info Report. The deal is this, if you have a full size company graphic you would rather display there, simply get a PNG, JPG, BMP, or GIF of ANY SIZE, place in the D7Config directory, and name it “reportlogo” e.g. reportlogo.png That’s it! The next time you generate a report you’ll have […]
What do you think? Still trying to get it like I *want* it, but very close in my development version. Your opinions and ideas are always welcome!
Now you can use your own FTP server for uploading your D7 Reports, storing D7 Config, or even for downloading your own custom apps / tools. Added HTML report generation for D7 Info Report with your logo on it, and a print button! (needs a little tweaking for appearance…) Significantly increased D7 startup times in some circumstances, by skipping the lengthy internet connection test when an invalid IP is detected. Misc bug fixes and tweaks […]
If you celebrate this holiday like I do, then ENJOY!
Just uploaded, get it while it’s hot! Also put in a little splash screen and a nice new icon – far better and more professional looking (and generic, in a good way) than the old Foolish IT circular, hope you like the new graphic! If a customer asks you what the “d” stands for, just say it’s “da cloud” hah.
