Made a change to the way most custom apps will execute when launched from d7x, to prevent a bug from occurring in the custom app itself (under certain circumstances.) This is a required update, as some behavior has been noted with certain custom apps that is resolved by this update.

Doubled the threshold of the RAM upgrade alert for all versions of Windows. Windows 8.x/10 was doubled from 4GB to 8GB (meaning less than 8GB and the RAM upgrade alert is triggered.)
