d7x v19.2.7 Release Notes: Fixed applogo.bmp not displaying on various cloud upload/download status screens when splashlogo.bmp did not exist. Fixed Custom Apps > Integrated Apps not uploading files when subdirectories were involved (e.g. “/dSupportSuiteSetup.exe” worked, whereas “/Apps/dSupportSuiteSetup.exe” failed. Added Network Location Tweaks to enable changing of Windows network types in the Network and Sharing Center. (This is not a guaranteed fix, but works on some systems.)  

Changes in d7x v19.2.4 (optional update): The “Info Report (No Passwords)” option on the Reports tab was leaving original Nirsoft output files containing passwords, even though they were filtered from the “Info Report.html” therefore the original files “Mail.txt” and “WirelessKeys.txt” will now be deleted when using the “(No Passwords)” option.
