d7x v21.5.19 and Tweaky v1.5.19

This release fixes an issue detecting the current state of the “Set Search Option” for the search bar/icon on the Windows 10 taskbar, located in d7x on the Tweaks > Start Menu/Taskbar tab, and in Tweaky on the Interface/Explorer > Taskbar tab.  Previously the default setting was not being detected properly if the setting had never been changed before.  Under these conditions, this would have the effect of not applying your chosen setting (when applying your selected profile), but would require you to manually go to the tweak on it’s tab and click the checkbox to the “checked” state, THEN apply your selected profile for the setting to take effect.  In other words, it didn’t work quite right, and now it does.
